WhatsApp is fastest — usually a reply within the hour during daylight. Phone works if you prefer a voice. Email if you're planning further ahead.

Our meeting point is the Church of Ag. Georgios of the Well, on the harbour of Kastellorizo town. If you're staying on the island, you've already walked past it. If you're arriving by ferry, we're a five-minute walk from where you dock.
A few honest notes.
On weather. Kastellorizo has clear summers, but some journeys — Strongyli, Blue Cave — need calm seas. If the meltemi is up, we'll reschedule or suggest an alternative. We never push a trip that shouldn't run.
On licences. Greek law requires a skipper's licence for boats over 30hp. Γαλανόπτερη is self-drive (25hp). The other three come with us unless you hold the licence.
On timing. Best to book the day before, two for sunset tours. For longer crossings (Ro, Strongyli), a few days ahead if you can.
On small things. We bring water, towels, and a light lunch on full-day journeys. You bring a hat, sun protection, and — for Ro — closed shoes.
